 
Rules of using library

The national library named
after M. F. Akhundov is the state bookkeeper of Azerbaijan. The Fund
of the library praised the culture of Azerbaijan nation is covered
maintenance by state.

The library is belongs to
all Azerbaijan citizens and services are free. But there are some
services that need some payment (photocopy, internet).

The readers use library
only with the own reader’s card.
-
The losing reader card is
reinstated only after the appeal with the application to the
registration till the end of month.

To use others’ reader card
is not permitted.

When passing the control
point, every reader must get the control paper and fill it.

Literature is not given to
the people without control paper.
-
If you lost your control
paper you must apply to the control point.

Rules of the library don’t
permit readers to enter with outdoor clothes and mobile.

It is not permitted to
leave the library with literature and give it to other reader.

It is not permitted coming
with camera, notebook, and bag to the library.

Reader bears
responsibility for the book which taken from the Fund.

Rules of the library
demand correct using with the catalogue and card-index. To write on
the cards and files of the catalogue, to tear them, also to take the
card-index box to other place is forbidden.

Every reader using the
Fund literature must be the hall of the same fund.

To copy the theses or
books from Rare books Fund and the Azerbaijan literature Archive is
not permitted.
The citizens applying
in written form have the rights to be the reader of the library.
